Nihon Plast aims for flexibility throughout the manufacturing process, from development to design through to production.

The automobile industry is continuing to undergo major changes, including through technological innovations and responses to global environmental challenges. Here, Nippon Plast makes full use of the creativity and technological strengths which it has cultivated through its more than 70 years of history in terms of “resin molding” “decorative sewing” and “material processing”. Our company has built an integrated system running from development to design and production, and continues to provide attractive products that are both environmentally and people-friendly.

Our design and development is based not only on the demands of the current market, but also on the technological innovations and societal changes that will affect automobiles in the coming years.
As well as the constant need for safety and comfort, we are also now making our contribution to the development of extremely environmentally friendly vehicles.

In order to maintain consistent quality and safety at our production sites around the world, Nihon Plast works diligently to ensure that process control, worker safety, and other necessary measures are all in place.

In order to create highly reliable and safe products, we use our unique production technology and state of the art equipment along with our policy of returning to the roots of manufacturing, promoting the development and evolution of new and unique technology, and improving customer satisfaction and brand image.

History of NIHON PLAST

Since its founding in 1948, Nihon Plast has evolved into its current form through an extensive range of technological developments in everything from material and molding to processing, assembly, experimental development, and design.
The pursuit of technology that contributes to development within the automobile industry is our company’s raison d’etre.

Quality Assurance

Our own verification evaluation rules and quality certification system have led to improved quality assurance levels in the production process. Using our three core principles regarding products that do not meet our standards (do not accept subpar products, do not make subpar products, do not distribute subpar products), have developed reliable manufacturing of products that are highly evaluated by both the market and by end users.
